How long are stays?
Typically 28 to 90 days. Some guests stay longer on extended assignments. We do not take nightly or tourist bookings.
Who handles maintenance?
We do. CrownWay manages all day-to-day maintenance, cleaning, and guest communication. Landlords are kept informed but don't need to be involved.
What is the agreement length?
We typically work on 2–3 year management agreements, giving landlords long-term stability and consistent income.
What areas do you cover?

What happens if something goes wrong?
